Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by Plugin Frameworks (“we”, “us”) from 43 St Omers Road, Hinton, NN11 8TQ, United Kingdom. By requesting or engaging our session replay insight analytics services, you agree to these terms alongside any signed proposal or statement of work.

Services

We provide professional consulting related to session replay insight analytics, including audits, insight labs, instrumentation reviews, and friction reporting. Website descriptions are informational. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline in a signed statement of work control.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Engagements are agreed in writing and invoiced separately. Indicative prices are not offers capable of immediate acceptance.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to relevant tooling, stakeholders, and documentation, and ensure you have lawful rights to share session replay data with us for the engagement. You remain responsible for your privacy notices and for masking personal data as required by law.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information received from the other reasonably secure and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables created for you for your internal business purposes. We retain our pre-existing methods, frameworks, and templates, including the Replay Atlas vocabulary.

Limitation of liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on insight recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their local UK courts where mandatory rules allow.
