How we use data

We use enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed services. We use optional analytics only to understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell personal data.

Client session replays

When engagements involve reviewing your users’ session replays, we process that material as a processor or under a separate data processing arrangement as agreed in writing. You remain responsible for lawful collection and for ensuring appropriate masks and notices are in place before sharing access.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Invoices and contract records are retained as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data follows the retention of the analytics tool in use.

Sharing

We use trusted service providers for email, hosting, and (if consented) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights
